To become a director in the business, you should have experience of five years in the ecommerce and web designing. You should have experience of two years in managing the juniors. The management will also expect managerial skill from you.

You should have computer knowledge, which will help in the business and while you are in sales. A director in the business has to get degree in the college for four years in the related subject. You should learn many different programs which make you to get skills to be a director. You have to be strong in communication to meet the business people and the customers.
