If you are hunting for a job online, you want to use the best job search engines available. But what makes a good search engine work? What makes it better than others? The following degrees in which you want to web sites:

Some of them, as Dice, have niches (Dice has technical jobs only); while others, like Yahoo! HotJobs include all vacant niches. Examine them to find out which job search engine works best for you.
