Profile

REQUIREMENTS:
× Experienced Web Analytics Architect to successfully drive our web analytics initiatives.
× Own and be responsible for driving our web analytics platform implementation strategy and will work closely with the business and Corporate IT to drive tracking requirements thru fruition.
× Site Tagging: Gather business requirements and craft the implementation strategy to ensure goals and KPIs are adequately tracked. Translate requirements into technical designs and work closely with the developers and QA to validate/troubleshoot any issues to ensure proper implementation.
× Platform integrity and infrastructure: Audit tagging implementation to identify gaps and ensure integrity of data.
× Develop and customize tracking code as needed to enable best in class tracking.
× Own the roadmap and work closely to get fixes/improvements implemented.
× User and Report Administration: Responsible for Omniture user and report suite administration.
× Includes setting up new reporting suites and custom variables in SiteCatalyst.
× Data feed and Data Warehouse Administration: Co-own responsibility to ensure Omniture data feeds and other internal web analytics databases are up-to-date.
× Thought leadership and Training : Be the go-to subject matter expert for Omniture implementation and carry out periodic training sessions on Omniture implementation best practices. Be plugged into current industry measurement trends and provide thought leadership on measurement best practice strategies.
QUALIFICATIONS:
× Must have 5 years of experience with Omniture Site Catalyst and/or similar enterprise web analytics tools. 3 years of experience specifically in Omniture tagging implementation, 3 preferably in an e-commerce environment
× Expert in web analytics implementation with knowledge of implementation on both web and iOS platforms, as well as web marketing campaign tracking (e.g. search engine marketing, SEO, email marketing)
× Experience with data warehouses ,Omniture data feeds and Omniture API methods preferred.
× Proven ability in managing multiple simultaneous projects, including experience in requirements gathering, writing detailed implementation specs and partnering with multiple engineering teams to drive successful implementation
× Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with proven ability to work with both business and technical stakeholders Strong familiarity with Web services (APIs), and technologies like AJAX, Java and VBScript
