As a Home Based Team Lead in Target.com Guest Services (TGS), you will provide operational leadership and support for approximately 15-20 service center home based team members who resolve guest issues by providing exceptional guest service through phone and email interactions. You will be responsible for hiring, leading, and developing your team while driving business results in a fast-paced

environment from either your home or office, and

creating a culture that delivers a great experience for your team through individual and team performance conversations. You will be responsible for coordinating team and assist with department efforts to achieve stated service level goals with respect to quality, productivity, and guest satisfaction. You will implement operational strategies that drive team engagement and create a guest-focused environment.  You will be expected to leverage your critical thinking and analytical skills to create solutions, drive improvements, and adapt to changing business needs. You will be required to demonstrate a high level of initiative and time management skills to deliver strong and timely results. You will be expected to leverage your strong written and verbal communications skills to build and maintain relationships with various partners at various levels within and across Target, to align priorities and move work forward. About you: 

Four-year college degree or equivalent experience

Prior experience leading or supporting a service oriented and/or call center environment

Previous experience in e-commerce or retail leadership preferred

Strong technical aptitude and experience with Microsoft Office and service center technology

Ability to work flexible days and hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays to support teams and business needs of a retail environment

Reside within 60 miles of hiring location (Target North Campus/ Brooklyn Center MN or Target Tempe, AZ)

Ability to commute to a designated Target Facility

in certain circumstances

Access to a Home work space that is clear of noise location to perform the role

Hardwired internet in your home location

Meet the minimum bandwidth requirement of 40mbps download/5mbps upload

Ability to engage via a Target issued web camera for required meetings, trainings and/or interactions
