Description:nnFull time; **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.nnThe CRM Project Manager will lead and direct high-priority projects, which often require considerable resources and high levels of functional integration across all departments. nnThis person will collaborate internally with management to identify appropriate resources needed per initiative, assemble project teams, assign individual responsibilities and develop schedules for timely and accurate completion of data-related projects. This individual should have extensive vendor interface experience; and although not a technical resource in itself, must be able to interpret and communicate technical details to team members appropriately. Vice President of Marketing and Communications.nnEssential Duties and Responsibilities nn * Plan and deliver CRM strategies across the company encouraging customer retention, customer loyalty and customer acquisition n * Ensure the CRM platform structure is working seamlessly across the organization (Cooper Clinic, Cooper Fitness Center, Cooper Spa, Cooper Hotel, Cooper Complete, Cooper Wellness Strategies) and captures all required information at key points in the customer life cyclen * Customer journey mapping analyzing touch points with the organization and maximizing opportunitiesn * Work closely with all departments to ensure the CRM works effectively for all aspects of the company n * Oversee customer interactions through the CRMn * Monitor and maximize customer lifetime value strategies ensuring maximum profitabilityn * Ensure the database is segmented effectively for targeted marketing activitiesn * Focus on data stewardship and ensure that all data input is accuraten * Develop actionable insight into trends and opportunitiesn * Identify factors or trends that influence player behaviorn * Create complex models to extract data; use multiple databases to acquire statistical and financial informationn * Analyze operational financial performance; perform year to year comparisonsn * Research cross-sell and up-sell opportunities to target through the CRM platformn * Identify key prospect characteristics, vertical market opportunities and significant trendsn * Leverage sophisticated data segmentation/mining techniques for optimal resultsn * Create comprehensive reports with an emphasis on ROI attribution, predictive analytics and actionable metricsn * Oversee the migration of all direct communications to lower cost mediums such as emailn * Develop testing strategies for all aspects of the CRM to ensure the most effective approach for the company and its productsn * Ensure appropriate meetings are held in order to align stakeholders and generate common understanding throughout the life cycle of the projectn * Responsible for the discovery and documentation of Business Requirements n * Identify areas of improvement on the source systems side to enhance the data load and extraction processes; assist with unit and system testing as needed n * Continuously measure project performances, enforce team methodology and quality standards and manage scope to ensure profitability and minimize risk across multiple projectsn * Manage change controls related to the data environment to minimize risk using appropriate verification techniques in order to keep the project plan accurate, updated and reflective of project changesn * Acts as an internal ambassador to help foster understanding of CRM services n * Provide thought leadership to all internal stakeholdersn * Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.nnRequirements:nnn * Bachelors degree in Marketing/Advertising is preferred; or credentials within related data/analytical fieldsn * Minimum 5 years marketing-related experience is mandatory within agencies or direct advertising rolesn * Database project management experience is required, as is strong client account management experience and writing of business/technical requirementsn * 3 years experience working with marketing database solutions on multi-channel CRM, customer segmentation practices and one-to-one communication approaches strongly preferredn * Must have strong knowledge of overall agency structure and project management methodologies n * Solid understanding of relational and dimensional database models mandatory, including ability to break complex processes and methodologies into easy-to-understand explanations for team membersn * Successful experience leading requirements gathering sessions, documenting details and follow-through and directly or indirectly managing development teams is requiredn * Very good understanding of all aspects of building and maintaining marketing database systems (processes and physical databases) including ETL, address hygiene and standardization, merge/purge, household, transactional data processing, promo history, campaign execution and reporting, etc. is preferred n * Experience in email marketing, digital media and interactive vehicles is preferred nPM17u003Cimg src=****Aerobics},identifier:{@type:PropertyValue,name:**MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.,value:103342053},jobLocation:{@type:Place,address:{@type:PostalAddress,addressCountry:US,streetAddress:,addressLocality:Dallas,addressRegion:TX,postalCode:75201}}}
