3M is seeking a Digital Program Manager for the Food Safety (FSD) and Drug Delivery Systems (DDSD) divisions

Job Summary
The person hired for the position of Digital Program Management Specialist will be part of the Digital Resource Center (DRC) team and will be assigned to lead and execute digital marketing operations and related program efforts for the Food Safety Division (FSD) and Drug Delivery System (DDSD) Divisions.
Primary Responsibilities
include but are not limited to the following:
Lead the development of the digital operational plan for both Food Safety and Drug Delivery Systems key markets, ensuring alignment with the divisions’ marketing plans in order to increase effectiveness of all digital marketing efforts including content marketing, social, search, online experiences, ecommerce, mobile and related.
Lead the marketing and communications team in operational planning and execution for digital marketing campaigns, programs and relevant operational measurement.
Develop & maintain DRC materials containing educational documentation around web update processes, Celum instructions / product information updates and provide best practices guidance to divisional marketers. Make systematic changes, additions, or updates to digital product content when necessary.
Collaborate with New Product Marketer and MarCom teams to ensure alignment of all digital launch tactics for new product launches, including:
GPIM Data for Creation of Product Detail Page(s)
Relevant Updates to Category Webpages
Guide strategy/operations of any digital campaigns supporting launch

Drive key online programs from concept through launch including working across the organization and with external vendors. Ensure timelines, budgets, and commitments are met and provide exceptional communication to team members, leaders, and stakeholders throughout the process.
Communicate and evangelize best digital marketing practices, improvement opportunities, technical and legal developments to improve overall digital marketing competency among the divisional marketing teams.
Analyze divisional digital marketing programs against key performance indicators; provide insights to key stakeholders and recommendations for program improvements
Understand the Marketing-Sales lead process, how information is passed from system to system (3M.com, Eloqua, SalesForce), and how to access the data.
Manage projects across the DRC functional teams (social, web, email, product content management) to ensure quality and timely project completion. Review incoming requests for appropriate assignment (or enter requests when appropriate) and see through to completion by performing regular status checks, making timeline adjustments, and communicating to teams. Includes management of website updates, enhancements (partnering with the DRC web team or IT web services team on web updates, new page additions, etc.)
Basic Qualifications:
Possess a Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution
Minimum of five (5) years of combined experience in marketing, digital marketing and/or integrated marketing communications in a private, public, government or military environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Deep and diverse experience in online marketing, web development (project management), ecommerce, email marketing and online advertising
Working knowledge on the implementation of digital marketing tagging/tracking practices across multiple channels & platforms (web, email, CRM, etc.)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience managing multiple projects concurrently
Familiarity with analytics & social systems (Adobe, Spredfast)
Familiarity with Content Marketing tools (Compendium, etc.)
Healthare industry experience
Location: Maplewood, MN
Travel: May include up to 5% domestic/international
Relocation: Is not authorized
