JOB SUMMARYAs Senior Manager of the Digital Marketing team, you will be responsible for building cohesive go-to-market strategy plans for Spectrum TV, Internet, Voice, and Mobile services within our eCommerce platforms.You will oversee all eCommerce operations including product offers, pricing strategy, the presentation of the UI, redesigns, A/B testing, platform enhancements, and executing innovation plans to drive revenue.As part of digital, you will focus on building a seamless customer experience, develop best-in-class creative, lead high velocity teams, organize thoughtful direction, use metrics to make well-informed decisions, and inspire others through leading by example.Drive and articulate product value delivery through the agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily scrums, demo and retrospectives seeking improvement through every PI Planning/Sprint.The Senior Manager must have deep experience owning roadmaps, product strategy and understand how to rally teams to execute upon a thorough long-term plan.MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESActively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experienceDrive online sales, revenue and operating efficiencies in customer acquisition and migration for cable TV, high-speed Internet, and phone services while employing strong organizational and sales-driven creative skills.Lead high-performing product and delivery teams who look to our product managers to prioritize their work and align with delivery sprint cycles.Drive innovation through ideation and discovery exercises with cross-functional teams to create new experience concepts and solutions.Ensure strategic alignment of Spectrum creative through cross-functional partnership with all relevant teams, including Brand, Product, Direct Response, Multicultural, SMB, Digital and Social.Adhere to brand standards and guidelines, evolve standards as needed and manage updates to all cross-functional teams.Maintain an excellent line of communication with internal stakeholders to keep them current on deployments and program increment planning.Ensure product features are clear and succinct to eliminate guess-work from the development team.Partner with internal competitive analysis and research teams to effectively message our products and services in-market with direct response tactics.Create and maintain road maps and features based on corporate strategy and vision.
