We are looking to add a Digital Project Manager to the TV Brand Effect Product Leadership team. The Digital Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring that our client’s digital campaign measurement needs are met as well as to grow the TV Brand Effect Digital business. Clients will include Tech/Telecom, Financial Services, and CPG advertisers as well as Media Networks.
The successful candidate will join a team transitioning to Phoenix Marketing International, one of the world’s top marketing research and consulting organizations. TV Brand Effect assets, which provide resonance tracking capabilities to measure memorability and quality of advertising campaigns, will complement Phoenix’s existing ad and brand performance measurement and together provide a powerful 360º view of campaign performance. As a member of the team, you will be crucial in taking our products and clients to the next level, and have a unique opportunity to help integrate these business units.
Primary point of contact and communication between internal digital tagging account managers, research teams, client service, clients and their agencies for Digital Campaign set up, tagging processes and questions, quality control, issues and troubleshooting
Get familiar with the limitations and possibilities of the state of TV Brand Effect tagging, to help coach the client and client service teams on feasibility, campaign limitations and best practices
Lead regular calls with agency Ad Ops/Media teams to proactively manage communication, weekly or monthly depending on engagement
Convert technical tagging language into client friendly terms as issues arise and help to decipher and translate agency speak to internal TV Brand Effect tracking needs
Develop subject matter expertise in digital advertising including but not limited to; industry expertise, technical implementation, operational process
Build a playbook and educate the broader TV Brand Effect business on the broader digital landscape and trends
Partner closely with Product Leadership & Operations to work efficiently within infrastructure and operational constraints, while identifying areas for improvement in efficiency
Gather and analyze feedback from sales teams, marketing, and most importantly clients to define enhancements needed for the Digital product
Create business cases and return on investment analyses for new features; weighing what clients “ask for” vs “what is best for TV Brand Effect and the overall product strategy”
Maintain overall oversight of driving the product forward, “shipping on time” to maintain a competitive edge and provide value to our clients
2 years of project management, preferably in advertising, digital marketing, or technology
Understanding of the digital advertising industry, as well as advertising and/or tagging operations
Excellent quantitative reasoning skills; ability to proactively and quickly resolve and understand issues across different teams and professional roles
Highly organized with strong time management skills, must be able to juggle multiple priorities at once
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; experience presenting and interacting with management and clients
Ability to build and manage new and long-term relationships with clients and external parties as well as internal stakeholders
Demonstrated capabilities to directly and indirectly manage both technical and non-technical staff with competing priorities and objectives
Research or development experience on a data analysis or measurement product is a plus
