The Social Media Community Manager will work across departments to produce and manage ongoing campaigns relevant to brand and organizational issues. They will also monitor the metrics and run weekly reports to strategize on campaign success. In addition, they will also contribute to and manage the editorial calendar and write content for blogs, web content, and other collateral. Day-to-day responsibilities include: Strategy and execute all social media efforts, everything from writing, posting, and monitoring analytics Assist in compiling data for weekly and monthly reporting on social content and advertising performance Develop content to be used for the website, collateral, blogs, and other mediums Work in a collaborative environment across departments to gather and coordinate content Coordinate closely with advertising lead to plan, execute, and optimize budget spending for social advertising promotions. Interact with customers, followers and food enthusiasts across social media platforms to grow account following, and generate follower engagement Lead social influencer in driving brand awareness and growing social media following through exciting promotions giveaways, customer reviews, blogs and sponsored posts.
