An analytically minded leader who is collaborative and inspiring in your drive to define and execute the strategy for how we leverage digital data and analytics in our decision-making across the Pitney Bowes Marketing organization.
Be responsible for developing and managing the digital analytics center of excellence to ensure consistency and repeatability, best practices, knowledge, innovation and scalability of analytics across the organization.
Shape the organizational culture to one that values and practices data-informed decision-making.
Ensure that digital analytics is defined with organizational goals and objectives and that the analytics department is delivering significant value to the organization.
As a Director, Digital Analytics you have:
7 years in an analytics management position, preferably in an enterprise-level organization with focus on digital analytics support for online business (ecommerce/Lead-Gen/Publishing/acquisition) outbound and inbound marketing programs (offline/online). Experience managing multi-channel analytics (online/offline).
Experience managing web analytics duties for ecommerce, lead generation and/or publishing websites and must possess a strong business understanding across each vertical.
Experience in creating a culture of data-informed decision-making throughout an organization, continuous advocacy and thought leadership both inside and outside of the organization.
Prior experience leading and managing an analytics team.
Prior experience running or managing an online testing program at scale.
Proven collaboration ability, effectively working across multiple stakeholder groups, cross-functional groups, departments and leadership teams both within the organization and outside of the organization.
Strong knowledge of tag management, translating requirements into analytics strategies, integrating various data sources, and database marketing techniques including targeting, segmentation and modeling.
Ability to stay aware and ahead of emerging technologies, industry and regulatory changes with a proven track record of prioritizing and implementing within the organization.
Knowledge of testing to deliver improvements that provided significant value to the organization, and experience in developing successful training programs and in conducting analytics training among analytics team, organizational/cross-functional teams and/or external clients.
Solid understanding of digital technologies including website/application development, digital advertising & media/social media, mobile applications and gaming, and dashboarding and data visualization.
Prior experience leveraging outside vendors for reporting, analytics, and tag management.
Extensive experience with Adobe Suite (Analytics, DTM, Target) required. Experience with Google Analytics, Tableau, and other data aggregation platforms is a plus.
