Position Category: Marketing & PR Company/Location (search) : Country (Full Name): : United States Job DescriptionWe are looking for a talented Sr Marketing Manager to join the Small Business team to build the onsite experience for the Small Business Empowerment program across US, UK and DE. SMB Empowerment is aimed at celebrating the millions of small and medium-sized business that sell on Amazon while driving awareness of the value these businesses bring to our customers in the form of unique selection, product expertise and sharp prices. You will work closely with a creative team to set the direction for the onsite experience, will generate traffic and event awareness in partnership with our mass advertising team and via site merchandising. In addition, you will be responsible for curating categories of products to feature leveraging creative expertise, crowd sourcing or partnering with influencers. The Sr Marketing Manager - Small Business Empowerment will be an owner and will set a high bar for the onsite experience and will drive alignment with marketing stakeholders in UK and DE. You will need to be equally comfortable operating at the strategic level as well as tactically to deliver a site wide event. Key Responsibilities Deliver onsite experience for Small Business Empowerment program to include owning the site layout and sourcing SMB content Drive event awareness including social media, Amazon gateway, associates, paid search, email and coordination with PR and mass advertising Perform customer research to inform onsite experience Establish mechanisms to stay aligned with marketing partners in UK and DE to ensure a consistent onsite experience Schedule merchandising placements across Amazon to support SBE program Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree 5 years of online marketing experience Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated ability to deliver online traffic growth from multiple sources including direct, SEO, sponsored links, banners, 3rd party affiliates and email campaigns Demonstrated ability to identify and solve ambiguous problems using data based approach Ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a high-energy, fast-paced environment A track record of delivering projects on time, within budget while keeping a high bar for meeting customer needs Preferred Qualifications MBA or Master's degree in marketing 7 years online marketing experience Amazon is an Equal Opportunity-Affirmative Action Employer - Female/Minority/Disability/Veteran/Gender Identity/Sexual Orientation Amazon is an Equal Opportunity-Affirmative Action Employer – Minority / Female / Disability / Veteran / Gender Identity / Sexual Orientation
