The Field Marketing team is broadly responsible for branding, communications, marketing campaigns, strategic initiatives, and partnering with the Field Strategic Services business, as well as our Digital Platforms team. Position Summary: Wealth Management is seeking an Associate, Field Marketing to support communications of the Firm���?�s key initiatives for our 16,000 Financial Advisors and 7,000 support staff members across 600 U.S. branch offices. The candidate will be responsible for developing and executing on digital and video communications to drive awareness and engagement among Financial Advisors, Field Services, and Field Management of the Firm���?�s most important initiatives. Additionally, the candidate will help support and promote client digital adoption of **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. online and mobile platforms and help support high profile digital platform launches. Responsibilities: -Partner with various business units to craft messaging and develop strategic marketing content within the **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. Wealth Management internal communications framework -Create marketing assets including written communications, videos, scripts, and digital content -Create promotional calendars, collaborating with internal teams to determine communication channels and timing -Implement communications plans, ensuring that key messages are distributed consistently -Assist with strategy presentations for senior leadership meetings -Facilitate Legal and Compliance approvals of marketing assets -Source and analyze metrics to quantify and evaluate project performance, propose changes to marketing strategy as needed -Support digital marketing initiatives and working group discussions with stakeholders and cross-functional partners for **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. Online and Mobile, Cybersecurity and Fraud, Advisor Desktop and Mobile, digital self-service program launches and more -Create content, copy and visuals for user journeys, across marketing levers (emails, banners, social media messages, thought leadership articles etc.) to drive usage and adoption -Develop metrics reports to track performance and analyze content -Stay current with competitor content and trends in Wealth ManagementQualifications Knowledge and Skills Required: -B.A. or B.S. with a concentration in Marketing, Communications or English a plus -3-5 years of marketing, communications, and writing experience -Detail oriented with strong organizational, analytical and written communication skills -Strong project management skills; ability to handle multiple projects at the same time and challenging priorities -Ability to prioritize and resolve complex problems and escalate as necessary -Experience in Digital Marketing a plus -Knowledge of legal / compliance policies related to financial service industry a plus -Expert proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint requiredRequisition #: 3118303,
