The Web Producer is responsible for creating, updating, maintaining, and publishing content and components of the Tcfbank.com website through our Content Management System (Sitecore). Through strong collaboration with Product Owners, Marketing, and external vendors this role is responsible to ensure that our consumer and organizational needs are met by implementing requested web content updates, conducting user acceptance testing and developing workflow requirements. Major Areas of Accountability: A.u00a0Manage prioritization of website intake requests, create website components, update site features, content and links, and publish changes through Sitecore Content Management System; B.u00a0Utilize HTML and CSS to publish new and updated content; C.u00a0Ensure TCF Brand of Voice and styles are consistent throughout all features and content within the website; D.u00a0Responsible for adhering to TCF style guides, font, and layout requirements; E.u00a0Review update requests to verify requirements for image types, sizing, and formats are met and ensure accuracy of information being published; F.u00a0Collaborate with Product Owners and Marketing to create roadmap for website updates: G.u00a0Partner with key stakeholders, developers, designers, UX and QA to maintain and improve the performance of content on tcfbank.com; H.u00a0Responsible for Web process management for small-scale projects including User Acceptance Testing and workflow requests. Provide recommendations for enhancements to web processes and procedures; I.u00a0Partner with external agencies and vendors to produce updated content; J.u00a0Participate in development of Web processes and procedures and provide recommendations for enhancements as needed to maintain efficiencies; K.u00a0Renew and refresh FAQs to optimize consumer search and related content in collaboration with contact center and product owners; L.u00a0Educate key stakeholders on capabilities, best practices and new website features to prepare for changes or additions to tcfbank.com; M.u00a0Manage tracking of new release documentation to ensure compliance.
