experience. We are looking for the right person to help craft and coordinate a

best-in-class web analytics team.

The Senior Analyst, Nike App will ally with the site

experience, online marketing and merchandising teams, creating and managing

site performance analysis strategy, and coordinate a team to provide reporting

and support on optimization testing for Nike’s digital commerce.

The candidate should be self-driven and proactive and must

be able to demonstrate that they can assess many business needs and requests,

coordinate and prioritize team resources, continue to timely deliver while constantly

developing new solutions and insights to empower the digital business

organizations to action and innovation.

Responsibilities

Provide

ongoing insights and analysis on consumer engagement, experience, and usage of

the Nike App platform

Support

business reviews and identify testing opportunities

Profiling

the Nike App buyer and identifying opportunities to increase conversion,

retention, and frequency

Evaluate

merchandising of products in key areas of the site and evaluate effectiveness

compared to standard product browsing

Determine

the impact of personalized offers, content, and experience and how it impacts

the conversion and membership funnel

Ally

and partner closely with Digital Technology partners for web analytics

implementation, new tools, and diagnostic technologies. Be the bridge between the business and the

technical!

Partner

with Digital Product and Technology teams to stay up to date on product updates

and enhancements; track and measure platform impact

Assist

in cohort and audience analysis to find our most valuable consumers

Evaluate

performance and drivers of membership and downloads

Qualifications

Experience

and Qualifications Required:

Bachelor’s

degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or other related technical or

analytical field of study or an additional 2 years of related experience in

lieu of degree required

Minimum

5 years of solid experience in Web Analytics in the eCommerce, airline or

service industry required

Experience

performing analysis using Adobe Omniture Suite, Webtrends, or Coremetrics

required

Exceptional

ability to analyze data, to provide insights and to make recommendations, with

the ability to also view the larger picture for widest maximum benefit of each

project deliverable required

A

hunger and proactive drive to inspire a team to use their knowledge of website

data, and customer behavior to educate and empower the business to act on

provided insights required

Ability

to work in large/multiple data environments and join data sets using SQL is a

must

Proven

experience building positive working relationships and working successfully in

cross-functional teams, including demonstrated success in managing without

direct authority.

Ability

to work in a multi-cultural environment and to multi-task across different

functions of the business, and switch workstreams and handle many different

levels of requests.

Strong

understanding of key performance metrics and ability to benchmark against

industry, competitive and best practice standards that lead to accomplishing

key business goals required

Familiarity

with digital optimization, A/B and multivariate test implementation, analysis

and business reviews required

A high

level of skill in communication in all forms, ensure proper team documentation

and to coordinate a team’s outward communication, including an ability to craft

and present business reviews at an executive level.
