SEO and Content Optimization Specialist
The Creative Group is looking for an SEO and Content Optimization Specialist for a 6 Month project with a client in Nashville, TN. This position does require you to work onsite, full time during the contract period. Responsibilities:
Write, ghostwrite, edit or repurpose copy for multichannel use (websites, social media, apps, email marketing and print).
Help build and manage an inventory of content (including from vendor/partner feeds) that can be accessed and used/localized.
Gather and define requirements for enterprise-wide content strategy
Create, edit and curate original SEO friendly content for websites
Develop, execute and maintain functional content calendars by specialty
Develop standards, systems and best practices for content creation, distribution and maintenance
Work with owners of particular content to revise and measure content and marketing goals
Leverage market data to develop content themes/topics
Engage with account managers and participants to consult and analyze blog content strategy
Work closely with Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Analytics Analyst on keyword research and other relevant tasks
Interface with online marketing coordinators and SEM vendors to ensure consistent content strategy across marketing channels
Make Information Architecture (IA) taxonomy and site map review/recommendations
Utilize Google Analytics, Advanced Ranking Cloud, 3rd-party research, and other sources of data to identify opportunities to improve the user experience through Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Please email your resume to ~~~ for immediate consideration.

$25.00 to $35.00 per hour
Bachelor's Degree in relevant field plus 3-5 years' experience in digital marketing, online content strategy creation and management
Excellent writing skills and editorial ability
Ability to distill complex ideas into easy to understand language
Knowledge of SEO tactics related to content
Strong analytical and reasoning skills
Experience with web content management systems
Experience with trigger emails and marketing automation systems; ExactTarget preferred
Familiarity with website analytic reporting like Google Analytics and Omniture
Strong understanding of HTML, and web protocols
Ability to design and develop solutions to meet functional and non-functional requirements
Demonstrated ability to facilitate diverse groups of people in a problem-solving environment
Strong interpersonal skills and proven leadership skills working with complex projects
Detailed oriented with strong organization skills
Must have the ability to prioritize multiple activities and tasks simultaneously and adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
Strong problem and issue resolution experience and create quality deliverables
Possess good verbal communication skills and be able to communicate effectively with individuals at various levels within the organization
