General Summary The e-Commerce Analyst will play a critical role in this newly formed business team, conducting regular and ad hoc analyses of category, brand, and item level performance within Amazon & Pure Play accounts. He\/She will assist the division with Amazon & Pure Play business analytics, as well as broaden his\/her skill set by supporting the team on new product\/package commercialization, selling materials, and occasional e-Commerce content requirements. Primary Responsibilities include: e-Commerce Data Analysis and Reporting: Responsible for data analysis, reporting and dissemination, as well as ad hoc data requests through our syndicated data sources (IRI, Clavis, OneClick, etc). Partners with Sales Strategy and Insights to develop\/refine business reports\/dashboards. Proactively monitor sales trends and drivers of online sales for top customers where data is not currently accessed on routine basis, understanding available data and building a regular reporting process Runs post event analysis to evaluate promotional volume\/consumption and share findings to maximize future promotional opportunities and inform strategy Provides data analysis for monthly and quarterly business reviews to discuss the state of the business, consumer trends, key business drivers, incremental opportunities, etc. Sales Strategy Support: Develops\/maintains e-Commerce price list (product\/packaging specs, pricing), as well as selling materials (images, products RTBs, etc). Contributes to customer sales presentations, i.e.: conceptual selling stories, new item initiatives e-Commerce Commercialization: Requests, routes, and approves product & packaging codes for e-Commerce launches, partnering with e-Commerce Business Operations Manager to prioritize commercialization initiatives. Conducts occasional publishing of basic product content for Amazon and Pure Play retailers, partnering with e-Commerce Business Development teams to align on content & retailer priorities.
