You will work in tandem with an experienced account manager, providing SEO strategy and execution for 16-22 high-value clients who are looking to improve their personal search results
You will be responsible for the measurable performance of these campaigns (organic search ranking, click-throughs, site traffic, and social media engagement and audience growth) and for adjusting strategy based on that performance
Research and implement innovative ways to improve the search results of our entire client base
Be a subject matter expert outside the department and a development resource to members within it
You will be responsible for communicating progress and strategy to your clients over the phone and email. This includes regularly assisting in the creation of reports that are sent to clients.

Proven ability to increase search ranking for competitive keywords using creative tactics
Proven track record of increasing traffic/conversions for competitive keywords
Experience successfully increasing social media reach and engagement
White hat link building/outreach experience
Strong understanding of search engine algorithm
Desire to stay up to date with industry trends and developments
You’re comfortable communicating over the phone
Creative thinker/problem solver - specifically when it comes to tailoring high-level SEO tactics for the ORM world.

2 years organic SEO experience (reputation management experience a plus)
Proficiency with industry standard tools (Moz and Ahrefs a plus)
Proficiency with WordPress strongly preferred
Google Analytics Individual Qualification status a plus
Functional understanding of HTML and CSS (not required, but experience is a plus)
