Marketing Overview:
BPM's Marketing team is looking for an Email Marketing Associate to develop, execute and optimize email campaigns with the goal of acquiring new business opportunities and increased brand recognition. This person will support the email marketing team with management and reporting of all initiatives in support of outbound email campaigns. The ideal candidate is highly organized and has had prior experience deploying daily emails, performing A/B testing, and working for a professional services firm.

You Have (Requirements):
2-3 years’ experience in email marketing within a professional services firm
Experience using marketing automation tools (Microsoft ClickDimensions preferred)
HTML and CSS skills for email templates, with a willingness to find solutions when needed
Demonstrated analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Must be a self-starter and able to work and prioritize in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
Excellent project and time management skills
You Will (Job Responsibilities):
Email marketing guru – understand best practices in email marketing and create better campaigns and tactics with them
Project management of inbound campaign work and email requests – email execution including deployment, scheduling, segmentation, A/B testing, and optimization for our members, clients and prospects
Traffic large volumes of deadline-driven email campaigns and assets
Manage email channel calendar
Report on email campaigns (status and outcomes) for various stakeholders
Recommend and oversee list management practices including data sanitation, scrubbing, opt outs, and suppressions
Create, test, and deploy responsive emails and email campaigns in HTML/CSS
Build automated campaigns and nurture streams using complex decision-making logic (i.e., drip campaigns)
Report on key metrics including but not limited to: open rates, CTR, conversion rate and engagement score
Use reporting results to propose improvements in processes, content and campaigns to improve email effectiveness
Update webpages and assets on the website CMS
