We are seeking an experienced Search professional to develop and execute organic search optimization programs for an innovative B2B supplier of highly technical laboratory solutions. You will develop, execute, monitor, analyze and continually improve all facets of our search initiatives.
With access to content and digital development teams, you will collaborate with different stakeholders across the company to help Waters be findable in every modern digital context: web, mobile, social, video and more.
Own all Search initiatives for a rapidly growing global B2B site, including ecommerce
Ensure that SEO best practices are built into Waters online properties and overall content strategy
Deliver technical optimization to our content and landing pages to increase ranking and drive site traffic
Work closely with global content teams to develop, execute and optimize an effective and measurable SEO strategy
Partner effectively with technology teams to drive appropriate site/platform changes
Coordinate search initiatives with global colleagues in multiple languages and geographies
Work closely with advertising teams to augment underperforming content or penetrate new markets and technology fields
Minimum of a Bachelors degree in marketing or relevant field.
Minimum of 3 years in digital marketing role
Highly analytical and critical thinking you are able to sift through large amounts of datasets to produce insights and recommendations
A Master communicator with the ability to explain complex themes to colleagues across the enterprise with ease
A passion for learning and testing the latest themes in SEO
Deep technical understanding of website architecture, technology, and development
Proven experience in building and executing both short- and long-term roadmaps
Ability to manage multiple projects at once, while driving exceptional quality
Detail oriented with marketing savvy and a well rounded sense of business concepts
Demonstrable track record of successful management of SEO programs
Experience using research and competitive tools like Screaming Frog, ahrefs, Moz, Bright Edge, or Conductor
Multi-lingual capabilities, especially with Asian languages, a plus
Ability to work in a fast paced, ever changing work environment
