Job Description Area of Responsibility Key Elements DefiningeCommerce digital solutions and business opportunities \u00a7Understanding the category, channel and shopper through the use of available data sources.Internal MillerCoors data, Syndicated Data, Homescan, Spectra, Loyalty Data, Retailer Data, FeatureVision, and other Market Research \u00a7Understanding the retailers strategy, business needs, and goals \u00a7Incorporation of the MillerCoors business objectives and channel strategies \u00a7Demonstrate a strong working knowledge of eCommerce content design best practices \u00a7Help customer improve online navigation, user experience and findability for our brands \u00a7Lead test, learn and scale eCommerce activations which accelerate TAB growth Synthesis and Insights \u00a7Incorporate consumer\/shopper insights and behavior into analysis and insights for eCommerce TAB shopper marketing strategy and retailer business goals \u00a7Synthesize all insights into selling story, category and business reviews \u00a7Engage customer, internal and external partners to create best-in-class marketing programs \u00a7Work collaboratively with account team(s) on sales call approach and plans \u00a7Apply MillerCoors category management standards Implement MillerCoors retail solutions with customers \u00a7Deliver Category Management presentations to retailers and distributors to build partnerships and grow category \u00a7Deliver Space Management presentations in order to sell in MillerCoors space and assortment strategy \u00a7Develop customer category plans collaboratively with the retailer and distributors Category management execution and general performance reporting \u00a7Implement agreed solutions; track, measure and communicate results. oWork with sales team and retailer to create integrated scorecard(s) \u00a7Retailer database management, maintenance, analysis, reporting \u00a7Complete after action reviews to improve future programs Qualifications Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Education level and\/or experience Bachelors degree required 2 years\u2019 experience in eCommerce digital solutions and design architecture 4 years\u2019 experience in data analysis or category management experience within a consumer goods company is required Sales experience beneficial Planning experience beneficial Skills and\/or knowledge Understands eCommerce channel\/retail landscape Proven ability to use data and analytics to develop insights. Use of consumption databases i.e. ACNielsen, IRI Familiar with consumer panel data and shopper data i.e. Nielsen Homescan, dunnhumby, Spectra Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office tools) (Proficiency in Access and Expert in Excel is preferred) Understands chain sales, retail and distributor operations. Understands tools and techniques to merchandise and market at retail. Knowledge and skills to prepare for and participate in the selling process Strong knowledge of category management processes and application, and understands impact to the business. Understanding of in-store execution practices and AMPPS tactics applications
