u003cpu003eu003cstrongu003eOverview:u003c/strongu003eu003c/pu003enu003cpu003eThe Manager of Digital/Social for American Crew will own and drive digital growth across various consumer and professional touchpoints and journeys, inclusive of national media advertising (search, programmatic, social) u0026amp; digital commerce, with defined ROI growth targets via high-intensity analysis and portfolio management. This leader will be responsible for all paid marketing channels, including paid search, paid social, display/programmatic, affiliate and marketplace performance. One will support retail channels using digital tactics and techniques with best practices for omnichannel.u003c/pu003enu003cpu003eThe Manager will leverage various channels to drive the awareness, consideration, acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue goals for the American Crew brand.u003c/pu003enu003cpu003eThis role will lead all commerce (owned u0026amp; operated, retailer third party), digital content channels and social media.u0026nbsp; Working closely with all cross functional teams to build the digital business to meet the strategic imperatives of the brands.u003c/pu003enu003cpu003eu003cstrongu003eResponsibilities:u003c/strongu003eu003c/pu003enu003culu003enu003cliu003eOwnership of all existing and future digital channels (including but not limited to owned, B2B D2C, and u0026nbsp;B2C e-commerce, digital media, social, mobile etc)u003c/liu003enu003cliu003eOversees the strategy and creation of digital content and growth of digital media platforms and communitiesu003c/liu003enu003c/ulu003enu003culu003enu003cliu003eCreates the strategy and implementation of how digital content integrates into the overall marketing and communications strategyu003c/liu003enu003cliu003ePartners with Brand Managers, Paid Media Leads, PR, Influencer, and ad agencies to plan quarterly and monthly digital and social content needsu003c/liu003enu003cliu003eDevelops digital and campaign specific KPIs and benchmarks in partnership with the analytics team, brand managers and channel owners to achieve and bypass brand goals and objectivesu003c/liu003enu003cliu003eLeads the brandu0026rsquo;s social program, guiding the strategic plan that outlines the objectives, goals, strategies and tactics across all social channelsu003c/liu003enu003cliu003eOwns and manages the content creation process across social channels with the social content leadu003c/liu003enu003cliu003eWorks closely with the PR and Influencer managers in how PR and influencer content is integrated across digital channelsu003c/liu003enu003cliu003eCreates a monthly editorial content calendar across digital channels at the local levelu003c/liu003enu003cliu003eSets production schedules and is responsible for assisting the team with the creation of digital content (ex. static, animated and short-video content) in partnership with the Manager or Brand Content Management u0026amp; Planningu003c/liu003enu003c/ulu003enu003cpu003eu003cstrongu003eEssential Skills:u003c/strongu003eu003c/pu003enu003culu003enu003cliu003eStrong e-commerce background with experience leading owned and operated commerce platforms, as well as leading third-party commerce platforms (e.g. Amazon).u003c/liu003enu003cliu003eDemonstrated ability to create innovative and engaging social media platforms which drive awareness to our Revlon productsu003c/liu003enu003cliu003eStrong strategic background creating and implementing successful media and marketing campaigns.
