Department: GSD/E-Commerce

Reports to: Sr. National Account Manager – E-Commerce





Acts as

business liaison between E-commerce, marketing, logistics, finance and sales

to ensure e-E-commerce and .com business growth for new and existing

accounts. Review sales and invoices so customer orders are dispatched,

invoiced, and paid accurately, on time.

Duties and Responsibilities



Answers questions about product, service,

price, delivery, submittal status, availability of product, etcDraft sales

documentation, reports, and correspondence such as sales contracts and

maintenance agreements.Maintains

proper selection and inventory of products for each customer according to PAR

levels, account profitability and sales history.Item

maintenance and “New” product submission on Vendor Portals.Monitor

Vendor website reviews and note of any issues and concernsMonitor

Vendor Portals for chargebacks and discrepancies.Works closely with Marketing to perform online

communications, direct marketing, and marketing research.Troubleshoots technical issues for company

products or servicesPerforms order entry, reviews and processes

orders, and creates credit requests.Prepares all necessary account and billing

reconciliations, and prepares or presents them to manager.Interfaces with Sales Representatives,

Account Managers, and internal departments; and assists in resolving

administrative issues.Identifies delays or problem areas, and

suggests solutions for resolving issues.Make standard calculations to accurately

compile and report statistics.Perform background research on customer

accounts, prospects, competitors, and industry trends to support the sales

team's activities.Answer internal inquiries and work with

Customer Service Team on product availability, prices, delivery times, and the

status of orders so that inquiries are dealt with promptly and accurately. Communicate with staff from other areas in

the organization, such as production, warehouse, transport, or distribution, to

confirm the status of orders and ensure accurate inventory levelsUse databases or other computerized systems

to maintain current customer records

experience College
