Position Summary We are looking for you - dynamic, best-in-class talent - to join the Mediabrands Society team as a Senior Specialist, Paid Social. In this role you will\u00a0develop paid social campaigns\u00a0while training and managing Specialists\u00a0to service our top clients and help take Mediabrands Society to the next level. This opportunity will kick-start your career in media and provide a platform to partner with the world\u2019s leading consumer brands. Essential Summary Develop, optimize, test, and maintain paid social and native advertising campaigns Understand client goals and how to maximize those measures of success through tactical strategies, technologies, and analyzation of data Create and deliver effective media plan details for integrated paid social and native advertising campaign efforts \u2013 in context to wider media efforts Set-up promoted paid social posts, including coordination of assets between creative agencies, client teams, and other partners Brainstorm and research targeting and copy ideas for specific campaigns, including new betas and opportunities with our partners Manage and train analysts and specialists on the team and oversee their career development Qualifications Education: Bachelor\u2019s Degree required Work Experience: 3-4 years of experience in Paid Social Agency experience preferred Experience in web analytics, ad tracking, and other biddable media a plus Skills: Familiarity with 3rd-party tracking vendors and integrating with social platforms Strong working understanding of the Paid Social and Native Advertising industry and platforms, including major players and supporting technology (social management tools like SocialCode \/ Brand Networks \/ Sprinklr \/ Marin \/ Kenshoo), Facebook Power Editor, Twitter Ads, etc. Experience working on enterprise level paid social media accounts with large ($1m ) budgets Proven ability to understand high-level client goals and how they translate into paid media strategy when applied via online technologies Understanding of broader media planning and buying \u2013 to ensure integration and coordination with wider media objectives occur Technical background a plus (conversion tagging, FTP, HTML, SQL, etc.) with extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel About Us Mediabrands Society is\u00a0a full-service social media agency, comprised of talent from the worlds of digital, strategy, media, creative and analytics\u00a0whose\u00a0driving\u00a0purpose is to find \brand\u00a0purpose\ in an\u00a0increasingly fast-paced,\u00a0always-on, mobile-obsessed digital landscape.
