The role of the Senior Analyst, Content & SEO, is to support growth marketing initiatives by creating effective messaging and content across the buyer’s journey while driving new traffic via search engine optimization (SEO). Measuring and reporting on the effectiveness of content messaging and delivery by partnering with the A/B testing team and brand team to create communication that converts the highest engagement activity across channels.
Create messaging emails, ad copy, landing pages, TA newsletters, web copy, kiosk and original content assets to support business goals.
Monitor and update website messaging and assets to ensure they support current campaigns and strategic priorities.
Implement effective merchandising messages to promote sales of flights and ancillary products.
Perform granular analysis of search demand in the airline industry.
Measure our SEO performance by driving engagement, building topical authority, and attaining higher organic rankings.
Document, test, launch, and measure new SEO initiatives.
Perform technical audits and prioritize opportunities for improvements.
Monitor and drive positive online reputation through effective SEO strategies.
Drive persona and investment opportunities as it relates to personalization investment in SEO traffic improvements.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications or Management Information Systems.
3-5 Years of experience with content management and SEO related experience.
Must be able to work in dynamic ecommerce environment and be able to work with a content management system (CMS).
Google Analytics Certification required/ Google Ad Words Certification preferred.
Experience with creating compelling messages for different target personas/markets.
Attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
Ability to remain flexible to changing business needs and react to those needs in a professional positive manner.
