Responsibilities and Qualifications The Ecommerce Category Manager will manage and drive the day-to-day sales performance of the CamelBak Custom Print program to meet monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals. They will be the business unit leader responsible for defining and driving programs that improve the customer experience that support delivery and over-attainment of performance goals. This individual will be the advocate for the end-to-end sales experience, from traffic flow down through purchase and into post sales fulfillment. He\/She will be responsible for making decisions on maintaining and improving the overall customer experience, which will lead to increased conversion, orders, revenue, and customer satisfaction. This individual must be comfortable with building and driving robust B2B and B2C business cases and with using data to prioritize initiatives.\u00a0 This position will partner with and work through: internal Ecommerce team members, Integrated Merchandising, Marketing, Traffic, Pricing and Promotions, Supply Management, Product and Project Management, Customer Service, Business Operations, and external vendors to identify, define, and prioritize programs to ensure a high quality customer experience that will drive incremental sales in the Custom Print channel. Deliver sales and profitability targets from both B2B and B2C customer segments in the Custom Print channel Execute business objectives and identify category insights, which will drive sales Build customer relationships across multiple areas of the organization, inclusive of, but not limited to the Print Facility, Merchandising, Digital Marketing, and the Customer Service Support the digital forecasting process by assessing and making recommendations based off of rate of sale and promotional needs and goal in-stock levels Execute consumer and shopper driven strategies for their customers in the digital channel Use data, information systems, and metrics around financial, brand, and shopper trends to maximize market share, sales, and profits Provide analytical and presentation support for the Ecommerce and Custom Print teams Lead the Business Segment on the needs of the Customer Execute Customer & Category Strategic Development and annual operating plan Leverage our brand, product assortment and customization capabilities to improve profitability and meet customer, shopper, and CamelBak targets BS\/BA or University degree in Business or similar field 3 years of direct and hands-on experience in sales and\/or trade in the Ecommerce Channel Selling experience within consumer products, preferably across multiple brands Experience with a minimum $5M book of business Willingness to travel 10% (alter by role) Ability to operate independently given direction, and bring ideas and solutions to issues raised Ability to analyze and assess organizational needs and provide solutions accordingly Interpersonal savvy; an ability to effectively work with and connect with all levels of employees across multiple functions and geographies. Ability to motivate teams to produce desired tangible outcomes within tight timeframes. Strong project planning, tracking & organizing skills.
