This position will be an integral member of the leadership team to help shape the PepsiCo Supply Chain Strategy to deliver near-term strategic goals while developing the longer-term Supply Chain strategy and capabilities. The position will interface with all levels or the organization and work collaboratively across multiple business teams, Business Units and functions Responsibilities:This position will lead PepsiCo's eCommerce Supply Chain Service agenda by providing recommendations supported with insights into: Supply Chains service KPMs across all BUs. This Position will be the one voice to our customers on all things Supply Chain. Ensure execution of daily processes with maniacal attention to detail. Manage inventory, troubleshoot problem items, and track orders to 100% accuracy. Monitor performance on wholesale and DTC channels and customer service to rapidly detect and address any problems or opportunities. Lead Day to day supply chain operations and delivey of key metrics(e.g., fill rates, VLT)The translation of the Supply Chain eCommerce strategy into actionable work plans and deliverables including return, risk, technology and capability investment, customer growth and KPM impact.
