Ideal Candidate Bellacor is seeking a Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Senior Manager to help with our continued digital transformation. We are seeking an individual who is passionate about working in an area where content, creative and technology collide, and building solutions that improve our customer\u2019s experience. As an SEO Senior Manager, you will lead and develop the overall strategy of Bellacor\u2019s SEO program. Critical success factors for this role include extensive experience in technical SEO, strong data analysis and forecasting skills, high attention-to-detail\/organizational skills, and an aptitude for critical-thinking and problem-solving. Experience working in organizations deploying Agile\/Scrum methodologies, and within Adobe Analytics is a plus. What You\u2019ll Do -Develop the SEO strategy and roadmap, including recommendations on site structure, content and link-building opportunities, budget and third-party providers-Maximize visibility and related performance of organic search results across all search engines and platforms (mobile, desktop and tablet)-Optimize corporate revenue and profitability via improvements in traffic and revenue from the organic channel-Manage the SEO operating expenses to budget-Analyze multiple data inputs (e.g., sales, traffic, rankings, device and click-stream) from multiple data sources (e.g., Adobe, Google Search Console, Botify) in the optimization process, report on effectiveness of activity, and make recommendations based on findings to maximize results-Leverage external tools for competitive analyses related to gap analysis and search share of voice trends-Leverage effective benchmarks for measuring and communicating the impact of SEO-Conduct forecasting around proposed SEO implementations\/campaigns-Conduct testing of on\/off page traffic and ranking influences-Determine and prioritize SEO content and link building activity spend and performance levels relative to budgets and expected KPI\u2019s-Manage\/Assist with the execution of SEO projects that require platform integration, completing User Acceptance Testing to ensure technology is integrated and functioning properly-Lead or assist in the development of new tools and processes central to SEO-Work with internal teams cross-functionally, including IT, Merchandising and Marketing as well as external strategic partners to plan, prioritize, implement and analyze SEO activities-Stay current on industry changes and trends-Perform special projects as needed What You\u2019ll Need -College degree in marketing, business, economics, finance, computer science, accounting or communications-Minimum of 3 years of experience conducting SEO in the e-commerce\/retail industry or a large SEO agency-Minimum of 3 years of experience with analytics, data mining tools and competitive analysis-Experience with set-up of web analytics for purpose of SEO program management and optimization-Ability to understand fundamental SEO technical requirements and breakdown larger, long-term projects into smaller, actionable short-term tasks-Ability to transform data\/analytics into actionable insights-Ability to analyze organic traffic changes driven by algorithm changes, IT releases, planned SEO initiatives, etc.-Excellent organizational and time management skills-Ability to multitask and work both individually and with a team-Must be proficient with MS Excel and Word (databases a plus)
