Position Category: Marketing & PR Company/Location (search) : Country (Full Name): : United States Job Description Amazon Web Services (AWS) is looking for a Sr. Partner Marketing Operations Manager for the Americas Partner Marketing team. This role will own business planning, reporting and operations for the Americas Partner Field Marketing, and will be responsible for designing and managing the business processes to run the Americas Partner Marketing organization, including investment prioritization, budget allocation and management, and goal definition and tracking. You will work closely with the Head of Americas Partner Marketing, and the leadership team to establish best practices, procedural rigor, operational and process improvement, and analytical insights. This role requires an individual with excellent analytical abilities, outstanding business acumen, and exceptional written and oral communication skills. The successful candidate will be data-driven and have a strong understanding of marketing KPIs along with an understanding of partners. They will be adept at building models, reports and tools with a deep understanding of the underlying analytics, and the ability to assimilate new methodologies and data sources. They will be a self-starter comfortable with ambiguity, with strong attention to detail, and an ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead organizational goal setting, tracking and communication - Develop a standardized planning and reporting cadence at the Regional, country, segment and partner level Own process for annual resource planning, allocation, and tracking headcount and budget Develop and distribute monthly reporting package with analysis of results and business impact Design and enhance global processes to measure partner marketing outcomes and investment efficacy Engage with Sales teams to create measureable shared goals and track those goals Create process for gathering input for multiple reporting mechanisms, and report out as needed including monthly reports for sales and marketing leadership Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics or related field 5 years of experience in an marketing operations roles including working with partners Experience communicating (verbal and written) effectively with both business and technical teams Experience with project management and process improvement Experience with marketing tools, channels and activities, specifically the lead generation funnel Preferred Qualifications-Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics or related field -Strong understanding of marketing KPIs and the Partner channel -Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills -Understanding of data warehousing and data modeling -Ability to deal with ambiguity and competing objectives in a fast paced environment Amazon.com is an Equal Opportunity-Affirmative Action Employer - Minority / Female / Disability / Veteran / Gender Identity / Sexual Orientation.
