Acquiring, movement, and integration of key talent across the organization is one of the most critical investments of BMS. Driving effective communication of our initiatives to key stakeholders-our job seekers, our TA team members, our business colleagues-is integral to our success. The Associate Manger, Talent Engagement will lead the development and execution of marketing and communication strategies on behalf of the TA organization to aid in the success of the team.

Role & Responsibilities:

TA Communications:


Develop a communication strategy for the Global TA organization that encompasses facets of fiduciary obligations, stakeholder experience, compliant business practices and a never-ending scaling value proposition to the organization.
Determines approaches to integrating Talent Mgmt, Performance Mgmt, Team Effectiveness and Leadership Development to ensure the organization understands the functional value.
Support cross functional efforts to ensure that other cross functional communication initiatives interface seamlessly with the Talent Acquisition scope of responsibility.
Plans and develops communications to ensure that all TA team members are aware of and engaged in the mission, vision and values of the TA team and are ambassadors of the employer brand, irrespective of their role. Ensures that team members are informed and aware of marketing campaigns immediately prior to launch.
Customizes communications to be meaningful to the respective audience.


Training:


Designs departmental training curriculum to ensure progression and adoption of skills.
Collaborate with Learning and Development, Corporate Communications, and Digital Media stakeholders to lead the development and delivery of TA communications and training.
Responsible for the interdepartmental training program strategy, tools, communication, and overall change management efforts to ensure a positive and productive stakeholder experience.


Qualifications:


Bachelor's degree required, with concentration in communications, visual communications, public relations, education or related field of study preferred.
Results-oriented, deadline driven professional with at least 4 years of experience in roles of progressively increased responsibility in training, communications, or a related field.
Experience in the Talent Acquisition space with a knowledge of worker channels including employees, contingent labor, and talent management strategies.
Experience in a global and/or highly matrixed environment is required
Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to create cohesive employee communications programs that span engagement, content creation, social platforms and event management.
Ability to motivate, inspire and develop talent deep within the TA organization through both training delivery and through transformational thought leadership.
Experience with communicating business intelligence analytics, technology and reporting strategies
Excellent writing skills and strong understanding of content strategy
Advance experience in design/content for use in email marketing
Experience with web publishing platforms and content management tools (Social platforms, CMS, CRM, basic HTML and SharePoint)
Experienced in PPT design, specifically taking complex strategies and translating them to simplified visualizations that can be share via PPT, etc.
High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation
Demonstrates strong interpersonal/ influencing skills. Proven ability to partner with all levels of management, developing relationships within the organization, and leveraging the formal and informal organizational structure to assist in goal achievement.
Broad business acumen and operational thinking, continuous learning approach to the business and strong curiosity to understand others' needs.
