We are looking for an experienced Online Marketer who knows how to drive high performance across paid online channels such as paid search (SEM/PPC in Google and Yahoo/Bing), display advertising, paid social advertising, video pre-roll, mobile channels and other emerging online channels. The successful candidate will be a “doer manager” who has a history of success, thinks like an owner, and drives results.
Drive revenue growth through online advertising channels
Manage small US team
Manage campaigns and spend across multiple business units and geographies
Work closely with website team to improve conversion funnel from click-to-lead and click-to-sale
Job reports to VP Corporate Marketing
Combine great “right-brain” creative thinking and messaging with excellent “left-brain” analytics to drive amazing marketing results
Strong understanding of online B2B marketing, as well as online
Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with a tolerance for ambiguity and an ability to drive results
Looking for a combination of great marketer, great manager, and great leader
Minimum 3-5 years experience with digital/online marketing, including direct responsibility for paid search and display advertising
Ideal candidate will have proven success at B2B marketing of SaaS products
Deep experience with quantitatively driven marketing and robust marketing analytics (Adobe Analytics experience a plus)
Experience managing to marketing ROI and Magic Number metrics
Experience working with SalesForce.com, Eloqua (or similar marketing automation system like Marketo), Marin (or similar SEM bid automation tool)
Experience managing professional personnel and agencies
Experience working with high-growth company a plus
