The eCommerce Sr. Customer Manager is responsible for managing the online business (annual NSV and strategic targets within an assigned budget) and driving the growth of Walmart Inc. with a primary focus on samsclub.com and a secondary supporting role on walmart.com and jet.com. Working cross functionally, running the account team day to day across category management, shopper marketing, customer service & supply chain, whilst liaising with the global, Walmart Inc. digital team, and larger dcommerce team to align on core account strategies.\u00a0The role is responsible for driving sales via the digital channel and building successful relationships internally with the appropriate teams to ensure full omni-channel execution. Reponsibilites:\u00a0 Full responsibility for the eCommerce account P&L and implementation of the activity plan, including but not limited to managing online sales plans and execution, brand and corporately developed sales & marketing programs presentation on retailer sites, coordination of digital marketing campaigns with shopper marketer and best in class product presentation with content & eMerchandising managers. Manage category basics, define and implement clear digital club business and category development strategies for the account, including planning & review meetings. Implement, measure and monitor the performance of each account plan (NSV, GMAC, ledger targets, invoice issues and payments, budget, case fill) taking decisive action to deliver sales revenue in line with plan. Implement the sales vision for samsclub.com and Walmart Inc. utilizing the principles from the dcommerce bricks and clicks best-practices.\u00a0 Ensure national agreements are implemented and optimized as well as contribute to the development of corporate sales and marketing programs designed to meet or exceed sales volume objectives for Sam\u2019s Club. Responsible, with the eCommerce Sales Director and Sam\u2019s Club account team, for the channel sales forecasting process. Support and implement recommendations for account development. Maintain close collaboration with the Sam\u2019s Club account team and other key strategic stakeholders to ensure the account develops a true omni-channel approach and full implementation of marketing and product development plans in line with the customer strategy. Be the key customer contact representing Mars Wrigley Confectionary in day-to-day inquiries as well as in key account negotiations. Context and Scope: Applying exceptional management of the accounts and building on the already strong company and brand reputation for product quality, service and availability thus resulting in achieving sales targets, ecommerce specific targets, channel strategic and tactical objectives. This is done in a level of autonomy, with alignment and collaboration with key stakeholders in the business e.g. the Sales team, Marketing, Category, Customer Marketing, Insights and Analytics, Digital Team, Digital Merchandising Manager. Qualifications: 1. Education & Professional Qualification Bachelor\u2019s Degree in business or related discipline\u00a0 2. Knowledge\/Experience Experience in successfully managing key account in FMCG, Consumer Durables\/Lifestyle or B2B. Ideally familiar with the requirements of successful e-commerce. National or regional chain experience, familiar with all aspects of a chain\u2019s corporate and store operations, having gained the skillset to manage the chain through product category management expertise. Committed to self-development and can demonstrate a willingness to operate outside of his\/her comfort zone with an entrepreneurial spirit. Comfortable with ambiguity and a consistently changing environment Well organized, excellent time management, presentation and negotiation skills. Strategic planning, business acumen and commercial awareness, analytical thinking. Mobility required with 40% travel.
