This role will primarily focus on building out our social strategy and efforts around technology employment brand initiatives, and then grow to managing our entire global employment branding initiatives. Reporting to the Global VP of Social, this role will also work closely with the recruitment team, with a dotted line to the Head of Employment Brand.

A creative passion to build the unknown
Manage strategy, execution and publishing for Employment Brand across @GoDaddyLife social channels, champonioning our lifestyle, culture and employees across all areas of the organization
Audit, redesign or launch GoDaddys employment branded properties on social (LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Twitter, Youtube, Instagram, Blogs)
Responsible for the design, development and execution of recruitment social marketing strategies aimed at building brand awareness and attracting a diverse candidate pool of top talent
Daily content creation (photography, editing and formatting, graphic design) for all employment branding social properties
Curate content and identify what will resonate with our industry and talent pools in our various locations.
Maintain editorial calendar, from planning to publishing, for all employment branding social properties
Analyze content performance to determine what is resonating within our industry and talent pools
Leverage social listening tools to inform social strategy and content pillars, specifically as they ladder to recruitment opportunities
Collaborate with internal teams (including PR, social teams, corporate marketing) on employment branding initiatives to ensure branding messages are consistent and aligned
Ability to scale, effectively and quickly
Able to speak confidently in large public settings
Travel to our various offices

Work Experience
5 years marketing, branding, talent acquisition or communications experience, including social media expertise (required), with a consumer technology company (preferred)
Understand the recruitment process and candidate behavior
Proven strategic and operational skills
Social media & community management, from strategy to execution
Photography and design experience required, videography experience a plus
Social listening experience required (Sprinklr knowledge a bonus), with ability to create dashboards, monitor conversation and identify trends and opportunities for engagement
Own the creation of robust social strategy for large businesses (employment branding experience specifically preferred)
Skilled at working in both entrepreneurial and large corporate settings to achieve successful results
Strong analytical skills
Project management skills, ability to manage details without losing sight of the broader picture
Able to lead project teams of peers and work collaboratively
Effectively manages ones time and resources to ensure multiple priorities are balanced and managed successfully
Strong communication, consulting and negotiation skills
Ability to effectively communicate and build trusted client relationships at all levels
Flexibility to respond to rapidly changing conditions and the imagination and tenaciousness to turn obstacles into opportunities
Workday experience helpful
