The Senior Professional, Marketing Campaign Management plans, recommends and implements marketing communication programs using a variety of media channels, promotions and events designed to increase sales and awareness for the organization's products and/or services. The Senior Professional, Marketing Campaign Management work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
The Senior Professional, Digital Media and Ad Tech is responsible for developing and executing digital media campaigns that enable Humana's extensive portfolio of healthcare lines of business.
The individual is a strong strategic advisor who creates end-to-end digital media plans and programs that support ongoing customer acquisition and product awareness efforts.
This position sits within Humana's internal media center of excellence (COE) and serves as subject matter experts in media and advertising technology advising our line of business partners on their media plans and serving as a bridge between Humana business teams and our media/creative/web agencies. The Senior Professional, Digital Media and Ad Tech identifies target audiences and specific messages, channels, and tactics; coordinates end-to-end digital media campaign strategy, planning, implementation, measurement and analysis. You serve as a trusted consultant both internally and externally on all aspects of your media plans with a strong focus on audience-based buying.
Experience working in a corporate media department or large media/advertising agency
5-7 years of digital media experience
Previous experience with digital display/programmatic media, search engine marketing (SEM), social media marketing and online video advertising
Demonstrated experience with audience-based media buying, including 1st, 2nd and 3rd party audiences. Specifically, 1st party audiences in highly regulated industries (I.e. healthcare, finance, insurance)
Proven ability to manage multiple projects at one time and meet deadlines * Highly detail oriented and organized
Experience and expertise in data and analytics as it informs digital media
Relationship building and communication skills (written and verbal)
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Master's Degree in Marketing, Advertising or a related communications field
Understanding of direct marketing
Strong planning and time management skills
Prior Marketing experience in a highly regulated industry such as pharma, health care, insurance, finance
This position can be based fully remote within the US or office/remote hybrid schedule at a Humana office location. Availability required during EST/CT time zones during business hours.
