Position Summary The\u00a0Associate Director, Search & Social\u00a0is an agency position, generally requiring 5 years of paid search and paid social experience. This role is an initial leadership role within Reprise with a wide range of responsibilities. This role will lead the day-to-day client relationship as well as agency\/partner relationships, driving advanced thinking and providing execution against that thinking. Additionally, there will be a team leadership aspect within the role, as well as any necessary tasks required for day-to-day execution and success of your brands. Essential Functions Continual evaluation of search marketing and social strategies to identify opportunity for competitive advantage for Reprise Mastering, identifying and communication of trends in search, social and client industries Trusted advisor to client, with demonstrated ability to lead the client relationship, across all levels Serves as a resource for managers, sr. analysts \/ analysts for advice and counsel Becomes an expert in the client\u2019s business and builds trusted partnerships with all levels of clients Establishes current and long term goals and objectives for responsible accounts, subject to approval by the Director and\/or Group Director Oversight of recommendations for division of budget - accounting for media spend, agency fees, tracking fees, etc Analyzes search\/social planning budgets, of assigned accounts, to identify strengths and weaknesses and ensures proper financial allocations Take ownership (with leadership assistance) of creation and presentation of all client presentations, including Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly client\/partner meetings Lead paid search and social integration\/value-add in all other media aspects as well as ability to discuss fundamentals of other media types such as SEO, Programmatic, Mobile, etc. Create and present case studies, POVs, etc. Experience analyzing multi-touch attribution reports Have clear POV on best practices for how to manage Vendor Relationships Show Critical Thinking & Problem Solving on a daily basis Proactively seeks out and studies information to remain current on media trends Lead discussions on Attribution, Audiences and Intent internally and externally Clear POV on value of mobile vs desktop Clear POV on the future of Search and Social \u00a0 Qualifications Education: BA\/BS or equivalent in Marketing, or a related field is preferable Work Experience: 5 years of experience with within an agency environment required Skills: Advanced\/Cutting Edge knowledge of Google, Yahoo & Bing for Search and Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn and Snapchat for Social planning. Advanced\/Cutting Edge knowledge of at least two bidding platforms such as Marin, Kenshoo or Doubleclick Polished presence and presentations skills (presentation will be required) Excellent writing skills with an attention to detail Mastery of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is required Ability to multitask and handle other duties as assigned About Us Reprise Media is a full-service Paid Search and SEO agency.
